Team Up to Deliver with Other Educators

Sometimes it is helpful to have 2 people team up to deliver the Dangerous Decibels Program, especially when you are first starting out.

In most cases the educators will alternate the activities, one person is delivering the content and the second person is facilitating the activity with the students and preparing for the next activity.

The key to delivery with more than one person is to plan in advance who is going to be responsible for which program modules and make sure there are smooth transitions between each person as well as modules. Here is an example of how you might introduce each other with a transition:

Another advantage of teaching in teams is that one person might remember a concept or important point that the other educator forgot. While this reminder is helpful, the primary instructor should strive to deliver the module within minimal interruption by the second educator.
