We have built a practice session into this online training because we know how valuable this is to our educators. If you are well practiced, you will enjoy the encounters with the students more and feel more confidence in your delivery. Here are some practice tips:

Make sure you practice each module completely. If you always start your practice from the beginning and it gets cut short, you might not get as much practice with the modules toward the end of the program. Practice the ones that need the most work more than the ones that are easy for you.

It usually takes a little longer to deliver the program when you are new at it. As you practice, your timing will improve, and you’ll be able to complete the program in the allotted timeframes. Use your props
The program is designed to be interactive, and that means you should use the materials and demonstrate the activities as much as possible. SHOW the students what you want them to do using the actual props. Avoid just giving verbal directions and pointing at things.
