Establish Communication Preferences Once you have made personal contact and received permission to deliver the Dangerous Decibels Program, there will be a key contact person or teacher that will help facilitate the planning for the program delivery. Each of us differs in our preference for communications, so find out whether the key contact person prefers email, text or phone communications. Also, ask if there are days of the week or certain times of the day when contacting them is best. Be sure and include everyone who needs to be involved in the communications to assure everything runs smoothly.
